Christmas Sunrise Service at Progressive Baptist Church – 2019

Family,

We had a wonderful time of sharing and testimony at our Christmas Sunrise (a/k/a 7:30 am) Service at Progressive Baptist Church. It would be so easy to forego this service — for the sake of pastoral rest, thinking no one will come, thinking its “too much,” etc., etc., etc. Instead, we were faithful to the simple vision for sharing some time together for and with those who desired to come (i.e. out of desire not obligation)

We were truly blessed with a diversity of ages, testimonies, rejoicing, tears, prayers, reflections, etc.

I am thankful for the opportunity to serve.
