Senior Researcher, Education Policy: We’re hiring a Senior Researcher, Education Policy to lead the Forum’s education research agenda and its efforts to enhance public policy decision-making and academic performance across Wisconsin’s pre-K to higher education spectrum. Details and how to apply can be found here.

Internship: Our summer internship is open to both graduate and undergraduate students. Interns assist with ongoing research projects and typically work 3-5 days per week. Application deadline: March 5

Fellowships: We have two fellowship positions that provide opportunities for graduate students to lead public policy research projects during the 2021-22 academic year. Application deadline: March 5

Walter Lanier is a husband, father, lawyer, pastor, teacher, educator, and social entrepreneur with a deep commitment to being a liberating force in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lanier, an inaugural CBMA fellow, is the Senior Pastor of Progressive Baptist Church of Milwaukee, which has a 30-year track record of innovation and service to community Milwaukee. Pastor Lanier also serves as the Director of Student Resources at Milwaukee Area Technical College where he also founded the college’s Men of Color Initiative and lead the first-ever Counseling and Psychological Services department.
